1. Services
Texas Expansion Joints provides expansion joint replacement, polyurethane joint filling, and related concrete repair services for residential and commercial properties in the Austin, Texas area. We reserve the right to use qualified subcontractors to complete any portion of the work.

2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are based on site conditions at the time of the estimate and may be adjusted if conditions change.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.

4. Scheduling
We will make every effort to arrive on the scheduled date and time. Weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled job. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area on the day of service, including moving vehicles, furniture, or obstacles as needed. By scheduling services with Texas Expansion Joints, the customer confirms they have the legal authority to authorize work on the property.

7. Warranties
We stand behind our work. If you experience issues directly related to our workmanship within 30 days of service, we will return to assess and address the problem at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, settling, shifting ground, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability
Texas Expansion Joints is not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure
Texas Expansion Joints is not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, extreme heat, supply shortages, or other events outside our control. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.

10. Photo and Media Release
Texas Expansion Joints may photograph or record the work site before, during, and after services for quality assurance, portfolio, and marketing purposes including social media and our website. If you do not want your property photographed, please notify us in writing before the start of service.

11. Collection of Personal Information
When you request a free quote through our website or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address. This information is used solely to contact you regarding your quote request and to schedule services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. SMS and Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number through our contact or quote request form, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Texas Expansion Joints regarding your quote, appointment scheduling, and service follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@texasexpansionjoints.com.

13. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is stored securely and accessed only by Texas Expansion Joints staff for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.

14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Travis County, Texas, rather than through court litigation. This does not prevent either party from seeking emergency relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Reviews and Feedback
After completing your service, Texas Expansion Joints may reach out to request feedback or an honest review of your experience. We never require positive reviews as a condition of service or warranty.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any matters not resolved through arbitration shall be handled in Travis County, Texas.

17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website at texasexpansionjoints.com/terms-and-conditions.
